This 24' Wajer De Kapiteinssloep (2001) is a stunning example of classic Dutch boatbuilding — elegant lines, hand-finished teak and mahogany, and efficient diesel power that together capture a level of authenticity modern production boats simply can't replicate. For the buyer who values heritage and true craftsmanship over mass production, this is the refined alternative.

Having seen only light use, she presents in as-new condition throughout, having undergone a comprehensive cosmetic and mechanical refresh in recent months. Highlights include fresh Awlgrip and varnish work with eight coats of Awlbright applied throughout, all hardware rebedded, gelcoat waxed, and a bilge area that looks as new as the day she launched. A new sound shield has also been added to the engine box. Every detail remains completely original, presented in beautiful, turn-key condition.

A Rare Opportunity

Wajer has since grown into a globally recognized name in luxury yachtbuilding, which makes early launches like this one increasingly hard to find in the U.S. Comparable European examples, once fully restored, routinely command significantly higher prices — yet this one is ready for immediate enjoyment, with the restoration already done and none of the time or expense that typically comes with it.
