Broker’s Remarks

“Lady Ambition” represents an opportunity to own a well-equipped 48 Viking with MAN power, a three-stateroom interior, cockpit mezzanine, and a substantial list of recent mechanical and equipment updates.

The 48 Convertible is a highly versatile platform. “Lady Ambition” has the cockpit and equipment for the owner who wants to seriously target billfish, blue marlin, and other offshore species, while her three-stateroom layout, dual generators, watermaker, and onboard amenities make her equally capable when the trip shifts from fishing to cruising.

Her size also makes her practical for a wide range of boating. She is at home fishing local waters, running throughout the Florida Keys, or crossing over for extended trips through the Bahamas.

Current ownership has continued to invest in the boat. Significant 2025–2026 service has addressed the engines, generators, running gear, electrical systems, air conditioning, refrigeration, and electronics.

The rear-facing mezzanine and teak cockpit create a comfortable place to watch the spread while retaining the working space expected from a serious Viking sportfish. Rupp outriggers, multiple fish boxes, bait wells, refrigeration, and tackle storage round out the fishing setup.

At the helm, updated Garmin electronics, Release Marine appointments, and a Side-Power bow thruster controlled at the throttles provide a well-equipped command station. Below, three staterooms and two heads provide the space needed for family, guests, or fishing crew.
