2015 Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40 Power Catamaran
“Ohana”
Description
Introducing "Ohana," a 2015 Fountaine Pajot Summerland 40 Power Catamaran designed for efficient long-range cruising and exceptional onboard comfort. Offering incredible value compared to a new power cat that would cost well over a million dollars today, Ohana stands out with freshly refreshed Volvo Penta diesel engines, featuring one brand-new and one rebuilt engine with just 3 hours of running time since installation. Built with traditional, reliable shaft drives— no pods! This trawler-style catamaran provides a dependable and stable platform for owner-operators. Entertainment and relaxation are central to her design, boasting a huge flybridge with a hardtop and extensive seating areas perfectly arranged for enjoying time with family and friends.
The 3 cabin interior is thoughtfully laid out for privacy and extended stays, anchored by a large master berth featuring a private ensuite head and a remarkably spacious separate shower and two guest cabins with a common head. Climate control is handled effortlessly by a 3-zone MarineAir AC/heat system, backed by a heavy-duty Cummins Onan 13.5kW diesel generator for complete independence away from the dock. Navigation is seamless from either the salon or upper helm via a comprehensive Garmin electronics suite, including dual chartplotters, radar, autopilot, and multi-displays. She is completed with a 2016 AB 10’ aluminum-hull dinghy with a 9.9Hp Yamaha outboard, Ohana represents a well-equipped, significantly updated cruiser ready for her next chapter.
