Broker Comments

For a buyer shopping late-model cruising sailboats, Addy Bear stands out because the expensive and time-consuming work of specifying, ordering, transporting, commissioning, and outfitting a new yacht has already been done. Her approximately 60 engine hours reinforce just how lightly she has been used, while her equipment list reads like the wish list most owners spend years building toward.

The factory specification was focused on real-world cruising. Electric primary winches, an electric coachroof winch, furling mainsail, bow thruster, Raymarine autopilot and navigation instruments make the boat manageable for a couple. Solar charging, inverter capacity, air conditioning, dock-water connection, davits, anchoring equipment, two electric heads, and the three-cabin/two-head arrangement make extended weekends and longer trips substantially more comfortable.

Addy Bear is also already in Tampa Bay, in the water and available for immediate purchase. A buyer does not need to enter a factory queue, wait for overseas shipment, schedule a commissioning process, or budget around future tariff-related changes to the price of a new imported yacht. The transferable West Shore Yacht Club slip further simplifies ownership for a buyer who wants to keep the boat in the Tampa area.

Her original configured build totaled approximately $534,645. At an asking price of $410,000 Addy Bear gives a buyer the opportunity to acquire a very low-hour, late-model Sun Odyssey 410 with a substantial factory option package and immediate availability.

Accommodations

Addy Bear was ordered in the desirable three-cabin, two-head layout with Grey Cedar interior and Ambiance Tropezian upholstery. The arrangement provides a private forward owner’s cabin, two aft cabins, two heads, a bright central saloon, full galley, and dedicated navigation area. The layout is well suited to a cruising couple who wants separate guest cabins, a family, or owners who value additional private sleeping spaces.

Main Salon

• Grey Cedar interior finish
• Ambiance Tropezian upholstery
• Folding “Luxe” saloon table with fixed legs
• Central saloon/daybed arrangement characteristic of the Sun Odyssey 410

Aft Cabin

The selected three-cabin layout provides two separate aft cabins rather than the workshop configuration offered on some Sun Odyssey 410s. This gives Addy Bear three true private sleeping cabins and makes the boat particularly appealing for family cruising or entertaining guests.

Head and Shower

• Two-head layout, each with dedicated holding tank.
• The aft head function as a “day head” but also gives VIP access to the starboard aft cabin.
• The forward head is private and is only accessed via the owners’ cabin.
• Both are dry heads, meaning the shower area is separate from the toilet
• Electric quiet-flush seawater toilet — port forward and starboard aft
• Hot and cold pressurized domestic water system
• Dock-water inlet

Mechanical

Engine

• Highfield CL290 rigid inflatable tender
• Hypalon tube construction
• Capacity for 4 persons
• Maximum load approximately 480 kg / 1,058 lb

Power is supplied by a Mercury FourStroke portable outboard. The compact four-stroke design makes it well suited to the CL290 for routine tender duties while remaining manageable for onboard storage and handling.
